In the Android version of Akihabara – Feel the Rhythm, you combine a feel for music with fast block puzzles on your smartphone or tablet. Stacks of geometric blocks appear on the playing field: matching shapes must be collected and removed in time with the electronic music before the field fills up. The game is inspired by Tokyo’s Akihabara electronics district, which is associated with anime, pop culture and neon lights.
Original Android app from 2017
Developer JMJ Interactive released the native Android version in January 2017 as a separately available mobile variant. The official historical press release links the Google Play listing with the unique package name com.jmj.akihabara; this is not a Steam app ID. The developer also provided a mobile trailer. At launch, the game was offered as a paid mobile download.
A currently purchasable Google Play version could not be confirmed for 2026. This historical native Android version without a current availability guarantee is therefore documented separately. New Android editions, DLCs or mobile versions of Remixed are not verified.
