King Oddball is a quirky physics puzzle game from 10tons. A floating king flings huge rocks by releasing the swinging boulders from his tongue at the right moment. Enemies, tanks, helicopters and buildings must be destroyed with as few throws as possible. If you bounce stones skilfully, use explosions and hit several targets with one throw, you earn extra ammo.
Short levels and surprising chain reactions
More than 120 tricky levels, a hidden moustache area and music by Jonathan Geer turn the seemingly simple one-button mechanic into a small test of skill. You experiment with the angle of your throw and watch physical chain reactions take out the remaining targets. Each section can be played on its own and replayed as often as needed until you land a particularly good throw.
Historical Android version
10tons released King Oddball on Google Play in late November 2012. The original Android app linked by the developer had the package ID com.the10tons.kingoddball.free. This historical app is no longer available on the current Google Play listing. This entry therefore documents the Android version that was actually released, but it is marked as discontinued and does not pretend that a version can be bought today.
