Roguelike card game for iPhone and iPad
Dark Mist is the native iOS version of Blood Card 2: Dark Mist, a tactical deck-building game by Pixel Cattle Games. Your cards are also your life supply: every hit makes cards disappear, and if the deck is empty, the attempt ends. You fight through monster waves, improve your deck during battles and choose the order of your attacks so that as little damage as possible is taken.
Small decisions with big consequences
Attack and ability cards affect the fight in different ways, while curses make planning harder. Several character classes offer different strategies, and you strengthen your deck with new items and cards. Besides regular runs, there are customisable game settings and daily challenges. The mobile version uses a presentation tailored to touch controls.
Historical iOS release
The standalone iPhone/iPad app originally appeared in June 2020 under the shorter name Dark Mist and last received a major update in March 2021. It was sold separately on the Apple App Store but is no longer available there. It is not a streaming version of the PC game and not DLC, but a full native mobile edition.
