Devious Dungeon 2 was first released as a standalone iPhone and iPad game by Ravenous Games. You explore a medieval castle whose levels change on each new run. Three character classes – barbarian, mage and rogue – have different strengths. On your travels you collect gold, fight monsters and bosses and invest your loot in stronger gear.
The original mobile version from 2015
The iOS original offers five worlds with numerous short sections and boss enemies. It is controlled with virtual buttons on the touchscreen. Fighting, jumping and dodging traps alternate with small quests. The contemporary app description lists only English text; the later console and Steam localizations cannot be carried over to the earlier iPhone version.
Historical App Store release
On Apr 8, 2015 the game appeared as a paid universal app for iPhone and iPad. The Apple product ID at the time was 967082741. The former store link is no longer reachable as a normal new purchase today; therefore this historical version is marked as no longer available. The 2019/2020 console and PC editions may have different content but are adaptations of the same second game.
