Forest Home was originally released in 2015 as a free puzzle app for iPhone and iPad. The colourful game by The Binary Mill takes you to eight forest areas where small animals have lost their way home. Using your finger, you draw coloured paths on a grid to guide each animal to its destination.
Paths, not fights
Bridges, obstacles and food to collect call for well-planned routes. A pesky goblin makes planning harder, and challenging boss levels come later. Alongside the individual logic puzzles, there were unlockable collection album content, achievements and historical Game Center and social features. The original model was free-to-play with optional in-app purchases.
Historical iOS edition
The Apple version had the App Store ID 959810908 and was available for iPhone and iPad. Archive sources date the debut to July 2015, but they differ by one day on the exact date. The app last received updates in 2017 and is no longer officially listed on the App Store. This entry documents the real earlier iOS version; it is not an offer for a currently available App Store key. For a game available today, the separate PC and Nintendo Switch versions are relevant.
