Legend of Grimrock for iPhone and iPad
The classic dungeon crawler Legend of Grimrock is also available as a native iOS app. Four prisoners are banished to the mysterious Mount Grimrock and must fight their way through underground ruins level by level. You move your group over a grid from a first-person perspective, discover hidden switches and avoid deadly traps. In the vaults, monsters, locked passages and puzzles await you, which often rely on careful observation rather than brute force.
Four adventurers and rune magic
Assemble your squad from different peoples and classes. You find weapons, armor, herbs, brew potions and combine runes into spells. Combat takes place in real time as you gradually move through rooms. The iOS version adapts controls and the user interface to touchscreens and carries over the core content of the PC original.
An App Store product for iPad and iPhone
The mobile version first came out on May 7, 2015 for iPad and later received support for iPhone and iCloud saves in July 2015. It is a single iOS app, not separate iPhone and iPad purchases.
