Supaplex SQUARES for iPhone and iPad turns the classic puzzle concept into especially compact mazes built around Murphy: each section fits entirely within a small square of the board. Instead of long levels, the focus is on quick decisions, skillful navigation around obstacles and precise movement. Across 111 levels, you collect Infotrons, dodge falling Zonks, outwit Snik-Snaks and eliminate dangerous electrons.
Short puzzles with surprising depth
The faithful Supaplex logic is full of interactions. You can save levels instantly, zoom the play area in or out, choose between three game speeds and change the colors of the circuit boards. Even small sections demand quick reflexes and good planning. The 111 levels are a separate product within the Supaplex series, not DLC for the classic Supaplex.
Controls on Apple devices
The iOS app supports touchscreen, compatible gamepads and keyboard input from iOS 14. Apple lists it for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV with an English user interface, plus Game Center achievements and leaderboards. It is available on the German App Store as a paid app; Apple gives an age rating of 4+. The app was already released in 2012, although the exact original release date does not clearly follow from the checked store details.
