As Long As She Forgot is a short psychological horror game from a first-person perspective, in which an elderly woman’s memories gradually become a threat. You play 86-year-old Marlene. She has carefully prepared her house for her family’s upcoming visit, and now she waits. As the rain grows heavier outside, the familiar home changes: the silence feels oppressive, everyday rooms seem strange and the past pushes into the present.

As you explore the house, you find clues to a suppressed tragedy, solve small environmental puzzles and gradually piece together the personal story. Instead of extensive combat or complicated role-playing systems, the focus is on atmosphere, observation and the story of grief and memory. The developer gives a playtime of roughly 30 to 40 minutes.

The single-player game by waleedzo is listed for Windows PC on Steam and the Epic Games Store. The store metadata gives Oct 29, 2026 as the planned release date; at the time of research the Steam store still shows “Coming soon”, so actual availability there is not confirmed. Available display languages are English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian and Simplified Chinese. A German translation has not been listed so far.
