The Essentials Pack adds an hour of extra training programs and 18 new music tracks to the VR fitness game BOXVR. The workouts rely on varied choreography that FitXR put together based on requests from players. Whether dubstep, rock, electropop or happy house: each music style brings its own rhythm and therefore new punch combinations to the virtual boxing training.
Additional workouts for the SteamVR training plan
In the new courses you hit targets in time with jabs, hooks and uppercuts, dodge obstacles and improve your stamina. The content is integrated into the existing BOXVR and expands the choice of training sessions there. The package came out on Apr 23, 2020 for the PC Steam version; it is neither a standalone fitness game nor an edition that includes the base game.
Requirement: the full version of BOXVR on Steam and a compatible VR headset with motion controllers. The DLC is not the same as the separately managed FitXR subscription on Meta Quest.
