With the Extreme Pack, BOXVR gains additional particularly demanding training sessions for advanced players. The separately available package includes 60 minutes of new workouts and 18 brand-new songs. The focus is on fast drum and bass beats, metal and house tracks that demand higher hit speeds and more complicated combinations.
Intense combinations instead of easy warm-ups
Jabs, hooks, uppercuts and dodging moves alternate in quick succession. The new courses, designed by FitXR, are deliberately aimed at players who have already improved their fitness and coordination through virtual boxing training. The exercises are added to the course selection of the existing VR game and expand the training without providing a new campaign or a standalone game.
The Extreme Pack came out on Apr 23, 2020 for the Windows PC version via Steam. To play, you need the BOXVR base game, a VR headset and suitable motion controllers. The music and courses do not belong to a Deluxe or Complete Edition of the base game.
