Forgotton Anne Soundtrack is the separately released original soundtrack of the hand-drawn adventure by ThroughLine Games. The album combines 39 pieces of music by composer Peter Due, including the orchestral recordings performed by the Copenhagen Philharmonic Orchestra and the title song “Forgotten Anne,” sung by Randi Laubek.
What does the soundtrack include?
The selection accompanies the journey through the Forgotten Lands with themes for Anne, Bonku, various locations and dramatic decisions. The digital Steam release offers the pieces in both MP3 and lossless FLAC formats. It came out on Jul 5, 2022 as a standalone audio product, without including the game itself.
Don’t confuse it with the Collectors Upgrade
The Forgotton Anne Collectors Upgrade, already released in 2018, contains only an earlier, shorter selection of 14 orchestral and title pieces, plus an artbook, a prototype, sheet music and animation artwork. The Forgotton Anne Soundtrack (Steam app 2066640), by contrast, offers all 39 pieces and can be listened to as a music album regardless of owning the main game. It is neither a separate game version nor the Collector’s Edition of the base game.
