A fortress against endless monster waves
In Legend of Defenders, you build a defensive line of heroes, cannons and an ever more resilient castle. The strategy game combines tower defense with idle mechanics: your units fight attacking monsters on their own, while you recruit new characters, upgrade equipment and keep expanding your fortress. The two-dimensional fantasy battles use pixel graphics and a side view of the battlefield.
Combining heroes and towers sensibly
Every hero and turret brings its own attack types and abilities. You can rely on steady ranged damage, hit several enemies at once with area attacks, or hold back dangerous monsters with crowd-control effects. If the waves become too strong, you need to rethink your formation, use abilities deliberately and develop your defenders further. Especially powerful enemies call for suitable combinations, not just higher stats.
Progress without constant input
Automatic combat collects resources such as gold, experience and talent points, even while you attend to other things. The proceeds then go into upgrades for the castle, new heroes, turrets and talent trees. Treasure finds and equipment open up additional development options. If you wish, you can watch the battles and manually activate decisive abilities at the right moment. A handy boss key quickly hides the game window when you need it.
Windows release and demo
KaiPlay Studio develops the single-player game, and Gamersky Games publishes it. Steam lists Nov 2, 2026 as the planned PC launch. A free demo was already released earlier and is not a standalone expansion. The game promises no in-app purchases and supports English, simplified and traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean; German is currently not offered as a game language.
