In Stamperor! The Jester’s Decree, an alien court jester unexpectedly becomes the provisional emperor. His tool is not a sword but a stamp: sign off on or reject your subjects’ requests and see what consequences your decisions have for the kingdom. The unusual city-building strategy game from Moon Mind Studio combines city administration, resource management and absurd stories.
Issue decrees, face the consequences
Each round, citizens put forward new proposals. A simple yes or no is not always the only option, because different stamps change the effect of your decision. A seemingly harmless decree can trigger a chain reaction later, while a risky measure can unexpectedly prove helpful. Characters pursue their own interests, and their stories develop over the course of a game.
Money, food, security and contentment in balance
You expand your empire with new buildings and keep five resources in view: money, food, contentment, security and population. Every construction project shifts the fragile balance. If you make too many unwise decisions, your realm can collapse. Unpredictable events, quirky requests and conflicting goals ensure that no round follows the same plan.
