Classic Racers Elite is a hill climb racing game with classic motorsport flair for PlayStation 4. On narrow mountain roads from the 1960s, you race alone against the stopwatch, trying to get the best lap times out of small retro cars and powerful formula racing cars. The driving physics combine accessible controls with the distinctive handling of historic vehicles.
50 courses and cross-platform leaderboards
The PS4 version includes 17 locations and 50 courses, including slalom and reverse-direction variants. Four vehicle classes offer twelve championships. Those who want to improve can practice free runs and compare their times with worldwide leaderboards. It is a single-player racer with online time trials, not simultaneous online races.
Release on PlayStation 4
The European PS4 version was released on the PlayStation Store on Jun 28, 2023 by Funbox Media and has its own PS4 license and product ID. German on-screen text is supported. The later PS5 version was released separately in 2024; running the PS4 version on a PS5, however, is backward compatibility and not a separate PS5 license. Elite significantly expands the 2019 PC original Classic Racers and counts as a separate new release.
