FIA Rally Star in WRC 9
The separately sold DLC FIA Rally Star unlocked a special rally qualifying mode in WRC 9 in 2021. In the #RallyAtHome challenges held at the time, up-and-coming talent drove virtual stages in the M-Sport Fiesta Rally3. The results were used to select drivers for real continental FIA Rally Star finals and a development programme for rally drivers.
Add-on content instead of full game
WRC 9 is required to use this on the same platform. The DLC is not a standalone rally game and is not part of the regular Deluxe Edition bonuses. The qualifying series was limited to 2021; the historical online events should not be understood as competitions that are still running.
