Euro Truck Simulator 2 comes natively to PlayStation 5. SCS Software has reworked the controls and UI so the extensive truck simulation works fully with a controller, without deliberately removing features compared to the PC version.
For more complex vehicle functions, the PS5 version uses modifier button assignments and a new menu bar operable via the D-pad, among other things. SCS also plans curated mod support via an external partner; the open PC model cannot be fully carried over to consoles, and mod support could only follow after launch.
