When Sirens Fall Silent – Investigating your own memories
Italy, early 1990s: Police officer Mila follows the trail of a series of disturbing kidnappings and murders. But the search for those responsible is haunted by her difficult past. In When Sirens Fall Silent, LKA and Wired Productions combine a crime story with psychological horror and social conflicts. The story deals with violence, trauma, human trafficking and misogyny.
Evidence, conversations and decisions
Explore crime scenes, examine found objects from different angles and look for connections between witness statements. In branching conversations with suspects and other people involved, what goes unsaid matters too: body language and reactions offer clues. Observation tasks, environmental puzzles and decisions lead Mila deeper into solving the case. The game is told from a first-person perspective and focuses on the single-player story.
A new chapter from LKA
The setting is inspired by real Italian locations. As a standalone part of the loosely connected Storie Senza Voce series, the thriller follows in the tradition of The Town of Light and Martha Is Dead, but tells the story of a new main character. No release date has been announced yet.
