Orcs Must Die! – Lost Adventures expands the original Xbox 360 version of the action tower defense game with five especially difficult fortresses. As a war mage, you once again defend the magical rifts with traps, weapons and spells. The package is sold separately and requires the Xbox 360 base game; it is not a standalone full version.
New fortresses, enemies and equipment
The five additional levels lead through narrow gorges and the depths of the pit. Frost bats and cyclops mages bring new attack patterns. The maps include their own leaderboards and up to 50 more skulls for upgrades. According to Microsoft, the Xbox package contains three additional traps and two weapons; these include content that was offered separately on PC as Artifacts of Power. The Xbox expansion is therefore not identical in all components to the PC-only Lost Adventures package.
Xbox 360 license and compatibility
The expansion was released on Dec 14, 2011 on Xbox 360. The current Microsoft Store lists it as compatible with the Xbox One and Xbox Series families, which is based on backward compatibility of the Xbox 360 version. There is no standalone native Xbox One or Xbox Series DLC; likewise, this is not a Steam key for the PC version.
