The RoadCraft Foundations Expansion extends the disaster rebuilding game on Xbox Series X|S with construction work that was previously not possible. Using a pile driver, you prepare stable building ground, while concrete mixers and pump trucks supply the site with material and create new foundations. The tasks combine heavy machinery, precise vehicle manoeuvres and planning working transport routes.
On the two new maps, each four square kilometres, Spring Renewal and Oasis Delta, you face very different kinds of damage: Dutch farmland with wind turbines on one side, desert towns and industrial facilities devastated by a tornado on the other. You open up trade routes, repair bridges and plan supplies for large construction sites.
Seven additional vehicles open up new options for recovery and construction. The expansion includes, among others, the ALCES-PL30C pile driver, the Voltrack Mk11 concrete pump truck, the Voltrack MX mixer, a magnetic crane and a heavy vehicle transporter. To play, you need the separately sold RoadCraft for Xbox Series X|S. The Foundations Expansion is not part of the Year 1 Pass.
