Gameplay

Armed Fantasia was meant to combine a large world map with classic JRPG exploration. Characters were to run, jump and later use vehicles, while individual gadgets in dungeons were used to solve obstacles and puzzles.

Battles were planned as a turn-based system called Cross Order Tactics. Consecutive actions would affect the Order Chain, while Force Breaks were meant to interrupt enemy turn sequences.
