Delta Force is a free-to-play tactical shooter from Team Jade and a modern reinterpretation of the classic shooter series. The game combines large-scale multiplayer battles, an extraction mode and the separate campaign Black Hawk Down.

Release
The PC version launched on Dec 5, 2024 as a global open beta. The mobile version followed on Apr 21, 2025. Since Aug 19, 2025, Delta Force has also been available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Gameplay
Operations is an extraction mode in which squads must secure equipment and loot and reach an extraction point alive. Warfare focuses on large-scale battles with infantry, vehicles, and combat on land, sea, and in the air. Different operators bring their own tactical abilities.

The PC version requires at least Windows 10 (64-bit), 8 GB RAM, a Core i3-4150 or AMD FX-6300, and a GeForce GTX 660, Radeon HD 7870 or Intel Arc A380. Recommended are 16 GB RAM, a Core i5-6500 or Ryzen 5 1500X, and a GeForce GTX 1060 5 GB, Radeon RX 5500 XT or Intel Arc A580. Steam lists around 88 GB of storage space.

Black Hawk Down
Black Hawk Down is a free campaign expansion that reinterprets themes from the 2001 film and the earlier Delta Force game. The campaign first launched on PC and is also part of the console version.

Roadmap 2027: Unreal Engine 5, Siege: Valkyrie and new modes
Team Jade continues to expand Delta Force technically and in gameplay. The Mog already brings the first Warfare map support for Unreal Engine 5 features; early 2027 Siege: Valkyrie is to bring a new Operations map. The city map splits its risk profile between inner and outer city and is meant to bring players of different difficulty levels together in shared matches for the first time.
In parallel, Detonation is planned as a new bomb disposal mode. The first beta starts on September 27, 2026 on PC and mobile, with consoles to follow later. For 2027, Team Jade announces more Warfare maps and additional game modes.

Security and protection systems
Delta Force uses the ACE protection system on PC and adds compensation for affected players to technical detection. If a reported rule violation is punished with a 30-day or 10-year ban, lost equipment can be replaced via in-game mail within three business days after the confirmation email. If the equipment has already been extracted and brought back by squad members, there is no second compensation.

Game series
The current Delta Force revives the series, which has existed since 1998. Team Jade combines the series' military identity with modern operators, live-service structures and several game modes; Black Hawk Down also builds a direct bridge to the well-known 2003 series entry.
