What is Dub Together?
Dub Together is an online party game in which friends re-dub video clips with their own voices. Up to six players record new dialogue line by line, then watch the finished versions together and turn the same source material into different comedy scenes.
The game combines voice recording, FMV clips and party game rules. Instead of choosing pre-written answers, the punchlines come directly from the players' recordings.

Gameplay
Dub Together offers two core modes. In Parallel Mode, everyone dubs the same clip independently; afterwards the versions are played one after another and the group votes on a favorite. In Character Mode, each player takes on a fixed role, so the group creates a single new dub together.
Recordings can be redone within the round, and each line can be altered with voice effects such as Chipmunk, Monster, Echo, Robot or Phone. Finished dubs can be saved as video.

Pack Creator and Steam Workshop
With the built-in Pack Creator, you can trim your own video clips and turn them into playable dubbing rounds. The tool detects spoken passages, generates the lines to be voiced from them and separates speech from music and background audio. Custom packs can then be shared via the Steam Workshop; subscribed packs appear directly in the game.
For Workshop content, the developer explicitly points out that only material for which the necessary rights are held may be uploaded.

Twitch integration
Streamers can link their Twitch channel to the game. Viewers vote on the shown dubs via !vote or a number; a dedicated streamer mode hides the lobby code in the process.

AI features and disclosure
The Steam disclosure describes several AI-assisted components. According to it, parts of the artwork were created with image generators and then edited by hand; English interface texts were created with the help of a language model and reviewed. The Pack Creator uses locally running speech recognition, noise filtering and the separation of speech and background audio. According to the developer, the user data processed for this is not sent to an external service.
