Fairground Online

Fairground Online is a fair simulation for Windows PC. Instead of managing an amusement park from a bird's-eye view, players operate individual rides themselves. CoasterGalaxyWorld focuses on movement sequences, light control, music and exploring a virtual fairground together.

Fairground Online was released for Windows PC on Steam on Jan 16, 2026. The simulation is developed and published by CoasterGalaxyWorld. On Jul 2, 2026, Pinball added an extra ride as paid content.

Fairground Online is available natively for Windows PC. The Steam version supports single-player, online co-op and the Steam Workshop. A broadband internet connection is among the system requirements. For purchase, the PC version is decisive, not merely the option to use other devices for remote play.

Operating the attractions is the focus. Players move to the control panels, start ride sequences and adjust movements and effects. The fun comes from the interplay of the mechanical processes and the presentation of the ride, not from a classic economic simulation with visitor budgets.

You can view and try out various rides on the fairground. Together with the changing lighting conditions, this changes the atmosphere between day and night.

Fairground Online – Pinball was released on Jul 2, 2026. The expansion adds a large attraction with swinging gondolas, rotating movements and lighting for night operation. The base game is required on Steam to play. Pinball is a separate add-on product and not a new part of the base edition.

The Windows version requires at least 8 GB RAM, a GeForce GTX 1060 with 6 GB or a Radeon RX 580, and 8 GB of free storage. Steam lists Windows 10 (64-bit), a Core i5-7400 or Ryzen 5 1600, and DirectX 11. Recommended are 16 GB RAM, Windows 11, and a GeForce RTX 2070 Super or Radeon RX 6700 XT.

Each ride has its own controls. The simulation lets you influence speed, rotation and other processes directly at the control panel. The developer describes the ride physics as realistic and links them to the visible movements of each attraction.

Lighting can be finely tuned to the ride operation. Colored lights and effects make the same attraction look different in daylight and in the evening. Players can design light sequences and link them to the ride's music.

Music and fair announcements are part of how the rides run. You can choose songs and jingles for the presentation. Your own music can also be added. Announcements and well-chosen music complement the movement and lighting of the attractions.

Fairground Online supports playing together over the internet. Friends can visit the same fairground, explore attractions and operate rides. Unlike building a park in solo mode, this creates a shared fair world where the rides and their presentation take center stage.

The PC version has Steam Workshop support. The Workshop lets you discover additional content from the community. This is separate from the officially released paid expansions.

Fairground Online features a day-night cycle. During the day, the rides and their movements are in focus; in the evening, lighting and color effects stand out more. This makes the fairground look different depending on the time of day.

Fairground Online offers German and English on-screen text. Both languages are available in menus and the user interface.

Sun, clouds and rain change the mood on the fairground. Together with the day-night cycle, the same attraction looks different under different conditions. The changing weather is part of the game world and sits alongside the freely adjustable lighting of the rides.
