What is Fights in Tight Spaces?

Fights in Tight Spaces is a turn-based tactics game with card decks and martial arts fights. As Agent 11, you fight criminal gangs for the secret organization Section Eleven. Instead of large battlefields, you face tight spaces where every action uses up a card.

Ground Shatter combines customizable card decks with the stylized presentation of classic action films. Key factors are your card hand, movement and the position of enemies.

Gameplay

Every fight is controlled turn by turn with cards. Your hand determines which attacks, evasive steps and special maneuvers Agent 11 can use. Enemies can be blocked or moved into dangerous areas through good positioning.

Although the fights look like fast action scenes, you make your decisions at your own pace. What matters is how attack and movement cards work together within a turn.

Build a deck from over 200 cards

Over 200 cards enable different fighting styles. Between fights, Agent 11 improves his techniques and combines attack with movement actions. New cards and random events change the available options over the course of a campaign.

A strong card does not automatically win an encounter. What matters is whether it suits the enemies' positions and your other actions.

Fighting in close quarters

The environment is part of the tactics. In confined arenas, you decide which enemies to shift or take out first. A good position opens up new options, while a risky move blocks the way back.

The card system rewards not only powerful hits, but also the order of moves and control over the available space.
