He-Man and the Masters of the Universe: Dragon Pearl of Destruction is a side-scrolling 2D arcade brawler from Bitmap Bureau, developed in collaboration with Mattel. The visuals are inspired by the classic 1980s cartoon series and feature large pixel art sprites and well-known locations from Eternia.
The story revolves around the Dragon Pearl of Destruction, which gives the game its name, and a new storyline featuring He-Man, Teela, Skeletor and other characters from Masters of the Universe.

Gameplay
Dragon Pearl of Destruction follows the classic structure of a side-scrolling arcade brawler. The playable characters have different movesets, special abilities and magic. He-Man can also bring Battle Cat into his own stages.
According to the current Steam description, the campaign takes you through Eternia and covers 13 stages. Locations mentioned include the Royal Palace, the Vine Jungle and Snake Mountain.
