What is Honkai: Star Rail?
Honkai: Star Rail is a free-to-play space fantasy RPG by HoYoverse. As a Trailblazer, you travel between different worlds on the Astral Express, resolve conflicts and assemble teams of four characters.
Battles are turn-based. Elements, Paths, Skill Points, Ultimates and deliberately breaking enemy weaknesses form the core of the tactical gameplay.

Release
Honkai: Star Rail was released on April 26, 2023 for PC, iOS and Android. The native PlayStation 5 version followed on Oct 10, 2023.
As a live service, the game is regularly expanded with new versions, characters, areas and story chapters.

Platforms
Confirmed native platforms are PC, iOS, Android and PlayStation 5. The versions use the same HoYoverse account for cross-platform progress, provided the accounts are linked correctly.

Gameplay
In combat, two sides face off in a fixed turn order. Characters have a Basic Attack, Skill, Ultimate, Talent and a Technique for exploration. Skill Points are shared across the team, while elements and weaknesses determine how quickly enemy Toughness is broken.
Outside of battles, you explore connected areas, complete quests and build characters using relics, light cones and ascension materials.

For PC at launch, HoYoverse recommended Windows 10 64-bit, an Intel Core i7, 8 GB RAM and a GeForce GTX 1060 or better. The minimum requirements included, among others, an Intel Core i3, 6 GB RAM and a GTX 650.
