HORSE CLUB Ride West

HORSE CLUB Ride West is a horse adventure with an open western landscape. Hannah, Sofia, Sarah and Lisa visit Wild River Ranch, meet new friends and take part in riding competitions. The game is based on the HORSE CLUB world by Schleich and focuses on free exploration rather than a fixed race course throughout.

Released on Oct 9, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. On PC, the game is available via Steam. Physical versions also came out for Switch and PS5, and digital versions for PC and Xbox Series.

HORSE CLUB Ride West is available natively on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. The Switch version can be played on Nintendo Switch 2 via the compatibility feature, but it is not a standalone Switch 2 release. On PS5, the game supports the adaptive triggers of the DualSense controller.

You control your rider through an open landscape, complete tasks, discover new paths and train for a western riding tournament. Riding is complemented by conversations, smaller activities and customizing horse and character. It is a single-player adventure.

On PC, the minimum requirements are Windows 10, an Intel Core i5-2500 or AMD FX-8350, 8 GB RAM, a GeForce GT 710 or Radeon HD 8570D and 4 GB storage. Recommended are 16 GB RAM, a Core i5-9600 or Ryzen 5 3600, and a GTX 1060 or Radeon RX 570. The game uses DirectX 11.

Wild River Ranch lies in a landscape of deserts, deep canyons, hot springs, abandoned mines, waterfalls, cactus oases and railway bridges. You can look around freely between tasks and discover hidden places.

Six horses are ready to ride. They differ in character and traits. Speed, stamina, agility, jumping ability and your bond with the horse can all be improved.

Two key disciplines are barrel racing and pole bending. In barrel racing, barrels are circled on as fast a course as possible. In pole bending, the slalom course requires clean changes of direction. The new riding system adds faster turning maneuvers to the competitions.

Besides riding, there are eight types of mini-games. These include archery, painting and guitar playing. Small outings and treasure hunting add variety to exploration.

With over 100 combinable customization options, you can individualize your character and horse. Clothing and gear complement training and exploration without replacing the actual riding system.

The four HORSE CLUB friends travel to Wild River Ranch and help both familiar and new characters. Their path leads through the open game world to smaller adventures and finally to the western riding tournament.

The PS5 version supports adaptive triggers. Large menu and HUD text is listed as an accessibility feature. On PC, controller support and adjustable volume levels are planned.

The PC version offers German, English and French voice audio. Texts and subtitles are also available in Dutch, Polish and Swedish. The language selection may vary by platform.

The music comes from composer Winifred Phillips. Her soundtrack accompanies quiet rides as well as tournaments and underlines the western setting of Wild River Ranch.

HORSE CLUB Ride West is designed for one player. Exploration, side quests and riding competitions are designed as a single-player experience.
