Gameplay
Both included games are classic turn-based JRPGs with party battles, dungeons, equipment and a linear story structure. Lufia II is especially known for its puzzle-heavy dungeons and additional systems around companions and character development.
Steam still lists the new collection as a 2D, pixel-art, turn-based single-player RPG. Which comfort features or technical improvements TAITO adds beyond that has not yet been fully detailed.
