Gameplay

Battles run turn-based. Roy starts with 99,999 HP and can hold his own against most enemies. However, if Meg loses her composure and starts crying, the battle is lost regardless of Roy’s strength.

So you don’t just have to attack, but calm Meg with suitable actions and small tasks. Toys and special mechanics of individual battles replace the usual focus on the main character’s hit points.

Characters, encounters and side events

Along with Roy and Meg, Golan plays an important role. As the story progresses, you get to know more inhabitants of the underworld, who are not always clearly divided into friends and enemies.

Optional events deepen some encounters. They show additional sides of the characters and give the comparatively short story more room.
