DLCs and expansions

Bloody Whiskers expands the story after the main adventure with new battles, bosses and difficulty levels. Bright Fir Forest adds more tasks around the Festival of Leaf Fall, additional enemies in the Mole Arena, and new weapons and armor pieces. Both major expansions are integrated into the current game version.

There is also a separate cosmetic pack, the Crimson Knight DLC. It should not be confused with the two major story expansions.

Boss battles and difficulty level

The leaders of the Frog Clan rely on clearly distinguishable attacks. Anyone who ignores dodge windows and cover options quickly loses health points. Besides the original challenge, later expansions offer additional difficulty options for the story and especially tough battles.

Hand-drawn world and narrator voice

The characters and landscapes are designed in an illustrated style. The story is narrated by Doug Cockle, who has voiced Geralt in the English version of the Witcher games, among others. The focus is on the visuals, the narration and Redgi's battles rather than extensive spoken dialogue between characters.
