Common questions about Trials Rising Acorns
How do I get my Trials Rising Acorns code delivered?
The code is usually delivered by email, or you receive an email with a link to your gift card code. At most stores this happens within 10 minutes; in special cases it can take up to 2-3 hours.
Why does the region matter?
Gift cards and subscriptions are almost always tied to a region. A code for another region usually can't be redeemed with a German account, so the region is shown with every offer. Check it before you buy.
What does the price per unit mean?
Price per unit compares the purchase price with the gift card balance you get. That way you can see at a glance which denomination is cheapest right now, even if the total purchase price looks higher.
My code has already been redeemed, what now?
This happens rarely, but it can occur. Contact the support of the store where you bought. Stores usually respond quickly in such cases and you usually get a replacement.
Which payment methods can I pay with?
Payment methods vary by store, but PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Paysafecard and many other options are usually offered.
