New York Mysteries 1 for Android is the free Google Play version of the detective adventure Secrets of the Mafia. Journalist Laura James investigates New York in the 1950s: several mafia bosses disappear, and mysterious butterfly drawings are found at the crime scenes. When children also vanish, her research follows a trail full of puzzles and supernatural events.
More than 50 locations and 40 mini-games
On Android, you search richly detailed scenes for hidden objects, combine clues, open doors and solve numerous logic puzzles. The controls are designed for tapping on a smartphone or tablet. A bonus chapter in the underground city, collectibles and extra puzzles expand the story. The adventure is designed for single players and, according to Google Play, the main game does not require an online connection.
