Chicken Shoot 2 for Game Boy Advance is the handheld version of the second arcade chicken shooter. On the small screen you move the crosshair through colorful scenes, shoot chickens and collect bonus points by hitting certain objects. Between the short rounds, the backdrops change from tropical landscapes to deserts and snowy locations.
Time limit or Arcade target
In Classic mode you try to reach the highest possible score within a set time. Arcade requires you to hit a target number of kills and gradually increases the difficulty. Different weapons, bonus items and surprise attacks from the chickens add to the simple reaction gameplay. The GBA version was made as a standalone handheld port by Frontline Studios and Vivid Design.
GBA module instead of PC key
The European release by Zoo Digital Publishing is listed for September 2005; the North American version hit the market in November of the same year. Chicken Shoot 2 GBA is not a PC Steam license and not a mere DLC for the first Chicken Shoot. The European packaging cover shows PEGI 3 and USK 6.
