What is Culdcept BEGINS?

Culdcept BEGINS combines board game rounds with strategic card duels. You roll dice to move across a game board, capture areas and defend them with summoned creatures, equipment and spells. Whoever controls the board skillfully increasingly determines the opponents' paths and decisions.

The fantasy adventure tells its own story. The battles can be played alone or in matches with up to four players.

The cards and their roles

More than 400 cards can be combined into your own decks in Culdcept BEGINS. Creature cards secure spaces or attack other areas. Item cards change how an encounter plays out, and spell cards affect what happens on the board.

The cards in a deck must work together: a strong creature helps little if the other cards do not support its abilities.
