Landwirtschafts-Simulator 19 by GIANTS Software focuses on running a farm. Players work fields, keep animals, buy machinery and expand their farm as they see fit. Large vehicles and economic decisions are at the core of the simulation.

Released on Nov 20, 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Steam shows Nov 19, 2018 for the PC version in some regions.

Landwirtschafts-Simulator 19 was released for PC, including Windows and macOS, as well as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Later consoles can partly run older versions via backward compatibility. This is not a standalone version for PS5 or Xbox Series.

Work starts with fields, machinery and limited resources. Planting, fertilizing, harvesting and selling form a recurring cycle. The income can be used to finance more land, vehicles and production options.

The Platinum Expansion mainly adds CLAAS machines. The Alpine Farming Expansion adds mountain farming to the game. Further packs from Anderson Group, Bourgault, GRIMME, John Deere and Kverneland/Vicon add additional equipment. Platinum Edition and Premium Edition bundle different additional content with the base game.

The minimum requirements include 4 GB RAM, 20 GB of free storage and a DirectX 11-compatible graphics card with at least 2 GB of video memory. Steam lists an Intel Core i3-2100T or AMD FX-4100 as examples, as well as a GeForce GTX 650 or Radeon HD 7770. An internet connection is required for online mode.

Hundreds of vehicles and tools cover farming from plowing to transport. The included brands include John Deere, Case IH, Fendt, New Holland, Massey Ferguson and other manufacturers. John Deere was featured in the machinery lineup of this series for the first time.

Alongside familiar crops, oats and cotton can be grown. Different crops require suitable seeding and harvesting machines. The choice of plants and available equipment determines how the farm uses its fields.

Alongside crop farming, livestock farming is possible. Cows, pigs, sheep and chickens need to be looked after. For the first time, horses are also included, which can be kept, cared for and used for rides.

The simulation offers agricultural regions with American and European influences. On the freely drivable maps, players can cultivate fields, move vehicles and expand their own farm.

In online multiplayer, up to 16 people can take part in farm work on PC. Tasks such as sowing, harvesting and transport can be shared. The number of participants may vary between platform versions.

On PC, the simulation can be expanded with player-created content. Additional vehicles and customizations are available through the official mod platform. GIANTS Software also offers free machines there.
