Game series

The Enhanced Edition was developed and published by Beamdog. The original Neverwinter Nights comes from BioWare. The setting belongs to the fantasy world of the Forgotten Realms from Dungeons & Dragons.

Beamdog keeps the classic game structure and adds technical adjustments and support for older modules. The Enhanced Edition is therefore neither a narrative sequel nor a reinterpretation of the original adventure.
