What is Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2?
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is a platform fighting game in which characters from various Nickelodeon series face off. The goal is not to deplete health points, but to knock opponents out of the arena with attacks and smart positioning. Fighters from SpongeBob SquarePants, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Danny Phantom meet in one shared roster.
Fair Play Labs developed the sequel released in 2023 for GameMill Entertainment. Compared with the first All-Star Brawl game, it adds, among other things, reworked movement and attacks, charged special moves and a standalone roguelike single-player campaign. The core game can be played locally and online with multiple people.

Platforms
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 was released for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. On Xbox, the game supports both console generations with Smart Delivery. On PlayStation, there are standalone versions for PS4 and PS5.

Gameplay
Each character has their own moves, strikes and special attacks. What matters is mastering the arena, timing well and reading the opponent's actions. Newly staged super attacks are meant to add a tactical twist to fights. Not every character fights the same: reach and movement patterns change with the chosen character.
Beyond free duels, a single-player campaign against Vlad Plasmius from Danny Phantom is available. It combines fights with roguelike progression, instead of simply presenting a fixed sequence of ordinary versus matches. The game thus separates a lasting solo mode from its local and online battles.

DLCs and expansions
The Season Pass adds four characters to the playable roster: Mr. Krabs from SpongeBob SquarePants, Zuko and Iroh from Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Rocksteady from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The packs were released over 2024 and are also available individually. Season Pass buyers also receive the “Quickster” costume for SpongeBob.
A separate Costume Pack also exists. These offers are additional content that requires the base game; the Deluxe and Ultimate editions bundle certain content but are not different fighting games. The free music release in the Steam Store is a soundtrack, not playable DLC.

System requirements
Steam requires a 64-bit processor for the PC version and lists as minimum configuration an Intel Core i5-4430 or AMD FX-6300, 8 GB RAM and a GeForce GTX 960 with 2 GB or Radeon R7 370 with 2 GB. DirectX 11 and 15 GB of free storage are also needed. A broadband connection is required for the listed online features.
The old Steam specification still lists Windows 7 and 8.1. This is no guarantee that the current Steam client supports these operating systems; Valve has only supported newer Windows versions since 2024. Specific console hardware is not derived from these PC requirements.
The details apply to PC (Windows, Steam).

Solo adventure against Vlad Plasmius
In single-player mode, the chosen character fights through a roguelike campaign centered on Vlad Plasmius. He comes from the series Danny Phantom and here appears as the antagonist of the entire Nickelodeon roster. The mode combines repeated battle sections and ongoing upgrades with its own campaign framework.
This game structure differs from local duels against other people. If you want to play without teammates, you get more than a mere training mode. The campaign is part of the main game and does not need to be bought separately.

Local multiplayer and online with crossplay
The versus mode is for local groups and online players. Steam lists split screen, local multiplayer and online PvP. The PlayStation Store lists up to four players locally or online, and the Microsoft Store names Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S with corresponding multiplayer features.
GameMill's official launch trailer shows cross-platform duels. On consoles, online subscriptions may be required, such as PlayStation Plus for the regular online mode. Being able to play online across devices does not automatically mean cross-save or a native version for every hardware generation.

Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate
The Standard Edition includes the base game. The Deluxe Edition bundles this with the Season Pass; the Ultimate Edition also adds the Costume Pack. Depending on platform and region, stores may use different package names or availability.
The four character packs of the Season Pass are also sold individually. If you already own a pack, compare the content included in each edition before buying again. All versions use the same base game; their names do not justify separate native platform releases.

Game series
The second installment follows Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl from 2021, keeps the shared stage of different cartoon worlds and additionally focuses on entirely new character moves, newly staged super attacks and a single-player campaign. It is a standalone sequel, not an upgrade or DLC for the first game.
The character roster combines characters from several Nickelodeon series; the series brands are therefore part of the crossover, without a single franchise representing the entire game. The licensed brands belong to their respective rights holders.
