PAW Patrol World

PAW Patrol World is a freely explorable 3D action adventure for families. Eight pups from the animated series take on rescue missions, explore several regions and unlock collectibles. Besides single-player, there is local co-op for two people.

Outright Games released PAW Patrol World internationally on Sep 29, 2023. Regional store dates vary slightly: the German Nintendo eShop lists Sep 27, while the European PlayStation Store lists Sep 28, 2023.

PAW Patrol World was released for PC (Windows), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. According to PlayStation, PS4 and PS5 are standalone downloadable versions. The Switch version is not an explicitly announced native Switch 2 product.

Chase, Skye, Marshall, Rubble, Rocky, Zuma, Everest and Tracker each have different abilities. Players explore freely accessible areas, drive vehicles, search for items and solve small puzzles by switching between the pups. The game is explicitly designed for younger players.

PAW Patrol World has several optional costume packs, including Aqua Pups, The Mighty Movie, Ultimate Rescue, Halloween and Rescue Knights. These cosmetic items are not standalone games. Which packs are offered also depends on the platform store.

Steam lists at least Windows 10 (64-bit), 8 GB RAM, an AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or Intel Core i3-7100, a Radeon RX 550 with 4 GB or GeForce GTX 750, DirectX 11 and 8 GB of storage. Recommended are 16 GB RAM, Ryzen 5 2500X or Core i5-8400, Radeon R9 280 or GTX 960, and 16 GB of storage.

Mayor Goodway and his Kitten Catastrophe Crew steal the festival posters and cause chaos with an airship. The PAW Patrol wants to save PAW Patrol Day. In addition to the main story, there are flashback missions based on well-known TV episodes.

The game world includes Adventure Bay, Jake's Mountain, the Jungle and Bellenburg. Besides the main missions, you can also find extra missions and collectibles there.

The adventure can be played alone or with two people on the same device. Steam marks the mode as local split screen and requires a controller for two-player mode. Cross-platform online co-op is not offered; Steam Remote Play Together is a streaming feature for local mode.

Puppy treats you find help unlock costumes, emotes, postcard stamps, vehicle stickers and other cosmetic extras. Artworks for the Chickaletta exhibition also count as collectibles in the main game.

Outright Games describes simplified controls for young players, such as no free camera control. The PlayStation Store lists German voice output and on-screen text as well as several accessibility options. The exact range of features may vary by platform.
