DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations

DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations is a campaign expansion for DOOM: The Dark Ages. It continues the story after the main campaign, includes six new levels and adds new gameplay elements. The base game is required to play.

Revelations was released on July 7, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The expansion is sold separately and is also part of selected premium offers for DOOM: The Dark Ages.

An additional free endgame mode has been announced for November 2026. An exact release date has not yet been announced.

DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations is available for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The expansion is offered as additional content for the base game.

Revelations expands the first-person gameplay of the base game with the chain spear as a new central tool. It adds to movement through the levels and changes the rhythm of many encounters. There are also six new levels, additional puzzles, secrets and new scenarios.

Revelations builds directly on DOOM: The Dark Ages and requires the base game. The expansion is sold separately and is also included in selected premium bundles. In terms of content, it adds a new chapter to the main campaign and expands the endgame area.

Revelations requires ownership of DOOM: The Dark Ages on the same platform. The expansion is not a standalone product. For technical PC requirements, the system requirements of the base game apply.

The Slaughter Mode, announced for November 2026, adds a permanently replayable single-player mode to Revelations. The focus is on continuous arena rounds, personal high scores and cosmetic rewards. An exact start date has not yet been announced.

Ripatorium 3.0 expands the customisable arena mode of DOOM: The Dark Ages. Revelations adds three new maps for it, additional content and further configuration options. After certain Master Arena completions, extra content for the mode is also unlocked.
