Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition

Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition is a modernized version of the 2D platformer released in 2011. Ubisoft reworks the hand-drawn journey through the Glade of Dreams with higher-resolution textures, new collectibles, additional comfort features and accessibility options.

Ubisoft had initially announced the Enhanced Edition for Oct 1, 2026. The current English-language Ubisoft product page for Rayman Legends Retold now lists the joint release date as Dec 3, 2026. The Enhanced Edition is part of Rayman Legends Retold and is added to your library on purchase.

Confirmed versions are available for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. Ubisoft also lists GeForce Now and Blacknut as cloud offers.

The Enhanced Edition keeps the 2D platforming of Rayman Origins, with more than 60 designed levels, hidden paths, evolving abilities and boss battles. Up to four players can play together locally.

Ubisoft lists 4K textures, 18 additional skins, 50 new standee designs and 39 achievements in total. The relics known from the PS Vita version and the Mosaic Gallery return. The Snoring Tree also gets a Concept Gallery with more than 70 unlockable sketches.

New features include skippable cutscenes, a toggleable run function, fully remappable controls, and vibration and haptic support. Murphy can point out missing secrets in levels you have already completed. Gold and Diamond Hearts, as well as the optional Fairy Blessing, provide extra help.

Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition is included with every edition of Rayman Legends Retold. Ubisoft describes it as an included game that is added to your library. Standard, Deluxe and Launch editions of Retold therefore do not create any extra Origins versions.
