Gameplay

The battles in Worms Rumble take place without turn-based moves. Worms move at the same time across platforms and narrow corridors, dodge shots and look for better positions. The battlefield is therefore shaped more by reaction speed and movement than by the turn planning of the classic series entries.

Multi-storey arenas with ventilation shafts and different paths allow attacks from several directions.

Multi-storey arenas

In Worms Rumble, battles take place on winding maps with platforms, corridors and alternative routes. The Arena Missile Mall combines a shopping center with a missile facility beneath it. Spaceport Showdown moves the fighting to a space station and adds areas with low gravity that change the pace of movement.
